Content Policy & Spam Removal Guidelines

Web pages making use of spamming techniques may not be submitted.

Editorial Guidelines

• The posting of content or the offering of products or services that may be or are illegal.
• The fraudulent use of the Service.
• The infringement of the rights of a third party.
• In response to a court order or other juridicial or governmental request or action.

Technical Guidelines
 

• The URL must resolve to an operational Web page. It may not generate error messages such as "File not Found.".
• The Web page must be accessible and not require a username, password, cookie or other authentication in order to access.
• The Web page must not be on a secure server (i.e., https).
• The Web page must permit so called "spidering" technology, such as not using a "robots.txt" file.
• The Web page must contain visible text (not graphics only).

If CUSTOMER have paid the service fee eMonsterHost, Inc. will: 1) Submit CUSTOMER URL to a minimum of 120 search engines and directories. 2) Send CUSTOMER a submission report, and a search engine optimization guide by electronic mail, using the email address provided on CUSTOMER's order form, within 3 (business) days after eMonsterHost, Inc. have received CUSTOMER's order.

Service begins when CUSTOMER submits their order form to eMonsterHost, Inc.. eMonsterHost, Inc. are not responsible for some search engine who refuse the registration, and eMonsterHost, Inc. are not responsible for failed submissions. All sales are final, no refunds after service begins.

eMonsterHost, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes, but are not limited to serving sites with hate, racial, offensive, or sexual content. eMonsterHost, Inc. will refund CUSTOMER's fee, if eMonsterHost, Inc. cannot submit CUSTOMER's URL due to eMonsterHost, Inc.'s exercise of this right.

THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK AND THAT THE SERVICE HAS NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO CUSTOMER'S USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. eMonsterHost, Inc. OR ITS EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER OR WEBSITE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES CUSTOMER'S URL PROMOTES, SELLS, OR ENDORSES.

BY CONTINUING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. IN THAT EVENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICE.
